Resale Certificate

Certifies that purchases from Zuni Sportswear are exempt from sales and use tax.

The undersigned vendee certifies that it is a regularly licensed retailer under the law(s) of the state(s) holding the sales tax license or permit number(s) enumerated below, and that all tangible personal property purchased from Zuni Sportswear is exempt from sales and use tax for the reason selected. This certificate is part of each order given by the vendee and continues in full force until revoked in writing.

Resale, in the regular course of business, in the form of tangible personal property.

Incorporating the same, as a material, ingredient or component part, into tangible personal property for sale.
